Privacy Policy
This prototype policy explains how Haven Keiki handles data for parents, caregivers and daycare directors. Questions? Email support@havenkeiki.com.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, role), child profiles you choose to add, caregiver credentials and background-check results, service ZIP codes, booking and shift records, and GPS check-in/check-out timestamps.
How we use it
To verify caregivers, match families and centers with vetted care nearby, run dispatch and scheduling, track escrow amounts, send notifications, and investigate safety reports.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data. Exact home addresses and precise coordinates are masked to neighborhood level for anyone who has not been matched with you, and personal contact details are redacted from in-app messages.
Children's data
Child profiles are visible only to the parent or guardian who created them and to a caregiver actively assigned to a confirmed booking. They are never used for advertising.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is enforced with row-level database rules, and every check-in, dispatch and administrative action is logged for audit.
Your choices
You can view, correct or delete your profile and child records at any time from your dashboard, or email support@havenkeiki.com to request a full export or account deletion.
